This is a Windsor S12 vacuum cleaner. Works extremely well was internally cleaned out and tested. There are some exterior marks of paint because it has been used of course because it''s a spectacular vacuum cleaner as you already know. Also comes with vacuum bags. Not a full pack but at least 15 windsor vacuum bags. This vacuum is so good it was almost pulling me as i was testing. I was amazed at the job it did. All attachments included as seen in photo. Cord is extremely long so great for commercial use and spectacular for home use. Will ship as fast as possible and safely. Great Vacuum, i would keep it but i have a spectacular one already.
